We are making own noodle for customers in daily base. Tonkotsu ramen comes with white thin noodle. Spicy miso ramen and cold noodle come with yellow thin soft noodle. Tsukemen will be prepared by thick soft egg noodle. The different type of noodle is available to your ramen if you like to change.
