Maruya is in the Japanese Village Plaza mall, the ever so popular tourist destination due to many of its Japanese cultural attractions.  We serve authentic Hakata ramen (tonkotsu), sushi, tempura and variety of izakaya dishes.

Noodles are made in-house

Our noodles are made in-house, everyday for our customers to enjoy. It's hard to beat the taste of fresh noodles once you've had them. We use no preservatives or coloring for our noodles. We are proud to serve it as a perfect match with our original tonkotsu soup!
